Adriatic Realty is a real-estate marketplace app that lets private individuals and businesses list, search, and contact sellers or landlords for properties in the Adriatic region and beyond. The App is available on the Apple App Store.

When you create a property listing we collect:
Listings are publicly visible to all App users.
The App requests access to your device's location (while the app is in use) exclusively to help you pin-point the exact coordinates of a property you are listing, and to centre the interactive map on your current position. Location data is not tracked in the background and is not shared with third parties.
The App requests access to your camera and photo library to let you attach photographs to a property listing. Images are uploaded to our secure cloud storage (Appwrite) and displayed publicly as part of the listing. We do not scan or analyse the content of your photos beyond serving them.
Property listings you save to your Wishlist are stored in your account so the list is available across devices. This data is linked to your account.
When you make an in-app purchase (e.g. topping up your account balance to promote a listing), the transaction is processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We receive only a confirmation of the purchase amount from Apple — we do not receive your Apple ID, credit card details, or any other payment information.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:
Property listings (including photographs, location, price, description, and the contact details you choose to display) are visible to all users of the App, including unauthenticated visitors on any web version. Your profile name, avatar, account type, and "about" text are visible to users who view your listings or owner profile.

No system is completely immune to breaches. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
Adriatic Realty is not directed at or designed for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Our service is operated from servers which may be located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to servers that may be in countries with different data-protection laws. We take steps to ensure adequate protection is in place for such transfers.

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security on your iPhone or iPad. Revoking a permission only affects the specific feature that requires it and does not affect other App functionality.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. We receive only a tokenised confirmation that a purchase was completed; we never receive your payment card or Apple ID credentials.
Adriatic Realty does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not use the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers). No App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown.
Property listings may contain links that open your phone dialler, email client, or third-party apps (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook) when you contact a seller. Once you leave the App, this Privacy Policy no longer applies and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third-party services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top and, where required by law, notify you via email or an in-app notice. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
